The doors will open at 10:00am, so the earlier you get there, the earlier you can setup and start gaming.
I do believe that we're going to see over 40 people at this event. We currently have 39 registered, and should have another handful show up at the door. This should make for some good times.
See you all tomorrow! |

So, Mini-Combz was this past weekend....and it rocked as usual. The fairly standard set of games were played, namely...CoD and Warcraft 3, but a few others also played some Counter-Strike and Dawn of War. We had somewhere in the neighborhood of 25+ people show up, and even had a few new faces once again. I like that....growth is good.
So, if you've been putting off coming by and checking us out, don't do it any longer! In fact, if you would like a great example of what we are all about, sign up now for Catacombz 5.0 and indulge in a 2-day lan party that will satisfy any gaming crave you may have.
Speaking of Catacombz 5.0, it's now less than two weeks away. So once again, for all of you that like to wait for the last minute to sign up, that minute is getting closer and closer. At the time of this writing, we currently have 28 people registered to come, but I want to see that number clear 40. I think that should be an easy goal to hit.
So, that's all. See you at Catacombz 5.0!! |

Mini-Combz is almost here once again...it will be this Friday, September 23, at 7:00pm.
Also, Catacombz 5.0 is now less than 3 weeks away! It is still set for October 8, beginning at 10:00am. So, if you know of anyone waiting until the last minute to register, that time is nearing very quickly.
On one final note, if you are registered for Catacombz 5.0, and you will be attending the Mini-Combz event this Friday, please bring your Catacombz registration fee ($20.00) with you at this time. This is not mandatory, but would be appreciated to help cover our expenses. |

Mark another successful Mini-Combz into the books, because this weekend was a blast. We were missing a couple of regulars, but we still had around 23 people, and even added a few new faces. Call of Duty, Counterstrike, and Warcraft 3 were the games of the evening.
Regarding future events, there have been some schedule changes. We have moved the September Mini-Combz back one week to September 23, and Catacombz 5.0 has also been rescheduled to October 8 & 9. You can expect sign-ups for Catacombz 5.0 to begin either late this month or next month.
I guess that's all for now. The next Mini-Combz is still on track for August 26. See you there! |

Well, it's been a while since I have posted an update of any kind. Things have been rather busy for me. However, I do have some things to report on now.
First and foremost, Catacombz 4.0 photos are FINALLY online! It has taken me a while to get around to doing this, but it is finally done. I've only got 51 photos from the event so far, so if any of you out there have any of your own that you wish to contribute, please get in contact with me. You can view the Catacombz 4.0 photos in the Photo Album
Next up, the Mini-Combz report. Our most recent Mini-Combz was held about 2 weeks ago on June 24. Due to other obligations, we only had about 14 of us attend on this night. As an added bonus, and for reasons I won't disclose at this time, many took a trip down memory lane as this Mini-Combz made its presence felt in one of its old sanctuaries...G0dFath3r's garage. It was a bit warm, but still a blast none-the-less.
Lastly, please don't forget that the next Mini-Combz will be held on July 29 at 7:00pm. It SHOULD be held in its standard location, the Eldorado Community Center, but should anything change, I'll post it here.
I guess that's all for now. I'll see you guys at the next Mini-Combz! |

First I want to thank everyone who came out and made Catacombz 4.0 a successful event, the Crew for helping setup friday night, and to the Rookies and Jester for help tearing down sunday.
Even though we were unable to get a tournament rolling, this event did have the most variety of games than in the past with lots of COD, CS, BF1942, Warcraft 3 and more.
Also this was the first time at one of our events that someone was duct-taped to a flagpole and left alone (pics should be up soon).
Couple of big thanks go out to DeZaStR for the tags, stickers and all the other stuff you've done and to G0dfath3r for making sure our network was full of speed and stremph. Also to k0ld for getting ahold of the sponsors and getting us some excellent prizes.
Thanks again to everyone and See You At The Next Catacombz |
