Finally after two extensions and multiple delays, [DgN]Ev3rlast returns stateside and back home.
The Crowds are picking up and excitement is high. With Togglegod's ceremonial shaving of his head kicking off the official return, he has been growing his hair out since Ev3rlast left for iraq (more than a year ago). Even Though he has returned with a new handle very fitting of [DgN]Jester he is still the same old lane to us. Welcome Home Dela!! |

It Has Been Awhile, so with great Enjoyment i Bring you the Recap of the Raleigh Event.
Starting off slowly the event quickly took off after the internet link came alive and the pizza arrived. The Main Game of the night, Counter Strike. One could only guess on how many rounds were played and a finale night/morning cap of Frozen Throne - Three Corridors (won by g0d and PaVy). 17-18 were able to make it and be attendence for a majority of the evening. We were even able to get catalog and have it there. Overall i believe it was considered a good success with a great chance of multiple repeats down the road. Many Thanks to all the guys who help set up and tear down. Special Thanks to g0d and twig who set up the internet connection.
Suprise of the Evening was that with the BcT taking care of the building cost, donations were exact to cover all food and drinks.
Thanks Again to those who made it, and hopefully if ya missed it, ya can make it to the next one

With Two Tuesdays back to back with new games released. They had to be tested.
Mar, 23 gaming started off as to be a slow night, but with the unexpected late showing of gamers Ionn, Griff, Luk3 combined with the regulars it turned into a late evening for the crew here at the BcT. The Game of the Night Unreal 2k4, when multi-play games were not up everyone was in the single player mode and with the new addons of maps and vehicles the evening was considered a great success.
Mar, 30 with a smaller crowd than the week before, k0ld brought CounterStrike: Condition Zero out to play. With just the base group of k0ld, d0c, Rep3at0r and darkhawk on hand it turned into a competition of who could clear the levels first in the single player. Start of the night still belonged to UT2k4 but from midnight till round 4:30 when the last person left it was all Condition Zero.
Big Shout to all those who attended, know its hard for the regular working folk |

New Game Release just some thoughts and observations
With the recent release of Unreal Tournament 2004 and the start of gaming. The most popular maps so far have been the ONSLAUGHT maps with battles over control points and multiple vehicles to handle. While INVASION has been very time consuming and good for warm-ups to get everyone in the gaming mood. Most maps available in the single player mode have been so far avoided, though some are looking forward to reign supreme.
Please post comments and let us know what your fav maps are and if possible come join us |

Finally, a friday night event is planned. Thanks to the nice people at Brown's Feed & Chemical we will have a place to game. Depending of the sucess of the few nights we will determine if this is going to be a weekly repeated event.
Directions to the event are as follows:
Brown's Feed & Chemical is located at the corner of 5th and Stewart Street in Carmi Illinios. Depending on where you are comming from here are some instructions to help you out!
From Norris City/Eldorado:
1.) Breach the Carmi City limits by the newly constructed Wal-Mart (Stop Light Number One) 2.) Proceed past Circus Video/CVS (Stop Light Number Two) 3.) At the Hospital Turn off (Third Stop Light) turn Left/North 4.) Proceed to 2nd Stop Sign, Turn Right 5.) Browns Feed & Chemical is the building on the left. Park on East side, we will be using the East entrence!
From Crossville at the 6th Stop Light turn Right, Follow instructions above from step 4
We will hopefully have a full service popcorn machine (Industrial) at our disposal. |

With the shortage on lan play these past few months, members have been losing their gaming spirits. A few decided to try a quick fix.
Tired of not being able to play and own the same people as friday nights. Until the return on weekly gaming you can quench your thirst on the First DgN online dedicated server for CounterStrike. The Servers name is the exact same as the story headline. Please come and check it out and leave feedback for us. If all goes well maybe an upgrade for the server can be arranged but until then "Game On"
Also Big Thanks to the crew at Typhoon Servers who set this up quick and all the help on getting it good to go. http://www.typhoonservers.com/ |

Over? OVER? Its not over till we SAY it is! Or is it...
After G0dFath3r's suprise closing of the official home of the Dungeon there was hope from a few key members to keep it alive.
I for one was prepared to keep it alive offering to go into debt to furnish land and the construction of a building. However after review of the costs involved I have determined that the responsability would be too great to handle alone. I am un-sure if a joint venture would be acceptable as this has not been discussed.
I can secure a location here in Carmi, however due to the location and my occupation there would be strict rules and possably a waiver involved. This is probably my only option.
A monthly Friday night event could be planned in Eldorado depending on the costs involved and if everyone would like to put forth an event donation. This is probably the most logical option at this time. I will try to get more information and make reservations for an event of this nature for the middle of next month. |

On the Eve before [DgN]Everlast's departure, some where able to gather from fortunate snow day and work closings to pull of a total 12 hour game session.
First arrivals showing up at 2pm and last one leaving a little after 2am lead to a night of mutliple kills and upsets, on the upsets the LANE brothers pulled out a 3-2 win/loss record vs the team of togglegod and k0ld on N64 wrestling, with the defense of change of characters, the first series went to toggle and k0ld 2-0 and the last going 3-0 in favor of the LANES. Other than some old game and toggling stories being exchanged, the food, drinks and gaming consumed most of the afternoon and evening. Though the crowd not big, i believe most enjoyed the night and mutliple drop-ins were able to come by. Dela, see ya soon..but not soon enough. take care from the Cr3w |
