It has come to my attention that there is a bug in the "Create an Account" screen. Many of you may have ran into this already. It seems that when a new user creates an account and CHOOSES his/her own password, that password is never functional. It gives "Login Incorrect" when trying to log into the site. If you have already done this and cannot login, the only solution is to either e-mail me and I can fix it, or to go through the "Request New Password" options on the site.
To prevent this problem from occuring, when creating a new account, leave the password fields blank to allow the site to auto-generate a new password for you. After authenticating your account, you will be able to login with your user name and randomly assigned password. From there, you can click the link for "Your Info" and change the password to what you want.
Sorry for the confusion on this. I'll try to get it resolved as soon as possible. |

Just a few reminders for everyone...
Our next Mini-Combz is coming up this Friday (3/17/06) and will begin at 7:00pm at the Eldorado Community Center. We will be accepting payment for Catacombz 6.0 at this event , if you wish to do so.
Next, there are approximately 3 weeks left in the registration period for Catacombz 6.0, and as stated on the sign-up information, we will begin enforcing our new payment policy at this event. Put simply, anyone wishing to attend that has not signed up and paid by the 4/2/06 will be charged $25 (instead of $20) for admission into the event. However, if you will be unable to pay by the that time, please contact us and perhaps we can work out something with you.
Finally, Catacombz 6.0 is rapidly approaching. We are now less than a month away, and it's really looking up to be a great event. At the time of this writing, there are already 32 people signed up, with a large handful of others that are still considering it. Plus, we still have some regulars and semi-regulars who haven't signed up yet. So, why wait? Sign up now! |

Some of you may notice that I've given the site a very small facelift. It's nothing too drastic, but I feel it works well. There are still a few other changes coming in the near future, so if you see a few bugs here and there, they are to be expected.
In the meantime, enjoy the changes...and sign up for Catacombz 6.0!
Sorry, had to plug the event. It couldn't be helped. |

Mini-Combz was this weekend, and we had one hell of a turn-out. We never got an exact head count, but we had somewhere between 30-35 people in attendance. Plus, many of those were new faces.
The general set of games were played. We saw some CoD and CoD2 action, a few heated and very intense matches of Warcraft 3, some Counter-Strike, World of Warcraft, and I believe there were even a few matches of AoE3 thrown in. Also, some of us jumped into some F.E.A.R. muliplayer for the first time...and it rocked!
The next Mini-Combz will be on February 24. Also, we will be opening registration for Catacombz 6.0 at this event. We would immensely appreciate registration and payment at this event so we can plan Catacombz accordingly.
I guess that's all for now. Oh...one last thing. Did you hurt the guy?? LOL! (inside joke)
See you at the next event! |
